Drew

Pastor Drew Strecker began pursuing God in His calling at 14 being mentored in ministry leadership, serving God as a student leader throughout High School and College. Drew and His wife LeeAnn served as church leaders in their local church, and they sensed a call to make disciples of the nations in the United States and to send workers beyond. They began a ministry residence in the fall of 2007. First as a resident and then as a licensed pastor. In addition to these formative assignments, he currently serves the people of Charlotte and surrounding regions as a Workplace Chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America across diverse businesses and industries. He has previously pastored with two churches located just outside New York City, “Risen King Alliance Church and The River of the C&MA”. Prior to that he pastored in Metro Atlanta, with “One Mission Church” and “Morrow Vietnamese Alliance Church”.

Drew’s was born in the mountain city of Quito, Ecuador in South America. He spent his formative years growing up in Salem, Oregon; Nyack, NY; Virginia Beach, VA; and in several large cities in Latin America. He graduated from Toccoa Falls College in Georgia with a B.A. in Biblical and Intercultural Studies in 2005. In 2016, he received a Masters of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary, Nyack, NY in Theology and Missions Drew also has fond memories of his years working as an EMT in Atlanta. In 2017-2018 he served an intern hospital  chaplain in Lower Eastside Manhattan. Drew is a Consecrated and Ordained Minister with the Christian & Missionary Alliance.

Drew and LeeAnn have been married since 2004. They have one daughter Noa who is their delight and joy. Drew loves sharing stories, whether that is by reading, watching, or listening to people share theirs. It is his passion to help people receive the Love of the Father, being reconciled to Him, and to find their purpose and live the Abundant Life with Jesus in the Holy Spirit. In this He knows His calling is to make fully devoted and developed disciples of Jesus and to send them back into their relationships, spaces and places where they live-rest-work-play —home, neighborhood, workplace, and the marketplace, and everywhere else the Spirit of Jesus sends us.
